Looks great but maybe not for small wrists.
I like it but I have small wrists so when I tighten it, so it fits correctly, I have this big leftover piece of strap. I don’t want to cut it because and tucking it in looks bad.

Highly recommend for anxiety/panic disorder.
I have to buy a new one but as I’m looking through I’m remembering how many panic attacks this thing got me through. The size is perfect and adjustable. I lost it but I had it for 4 years so durability is great. When I was having an attack I smell the lavender oil and it would calm me down in minutes.
