Beautiful and warm jacket
This is a well made and beautiful jacket. It falls right on the bottom of the hips as shown in the picture and is true to size. The color I ordered, which was wine, was beautiful. Very warm and great value for the money.

Perfect! I went a size up so I could wear sweaters and hoodies underneath. Beautiful fall coat!

not as expected
The coat fits fine so size was not the issue. I believe size is as stated but the material is a big turn off for me. I do not like the material it is like a cheap brushed fleece feel to it. It looks nice but stiff so not what I really wanted and I would send it back but to much hassle. I will wear it maybe once or twice to see if my feelings change but if not will donate it.

Check the buttons before wearing
Upon putting it on, I saw one button was gone. They send one replacement with the coat so I scrambled to put it on minutes before the event. I wore it for about 2 hours and found two of the other buttons were about to fall off. (I did not even use the buttons to close the coat, only the tie.) Color is fine. It fits tight, with little room to move through the shoulders though.

Please do not delete this message, my wife loved that, but by accident we purchased two large ones. She realized that the medium was a better fit. When retuning the two large ones, UPS person indicated that we should put both in one box. I am sorry, I followed what was recommended. I assume you received as we got refunded for only one, but both were returned in one box. Could you please return the second. What can be done in this situation?
