Beautiful tinted balm, pencil not so much
I really love this lip balm! It is so soft and petty and the natural looking color held up well wile I was sipping my coffee all morning. The brown liner did not look good on my lips, but it says right on it that it can be used as eyeliner so I tried that. The color was good and the texture was very soft and creamy. Unfortunately, it was too creamy; when I attempted to blend it, it all just came right off! It says it’s waterproof, but I can’t imagine how long you’d need to let it sit to dry before it could be anything proof. I do like that it came with its own sharpener that fits right on the other side of the pencil. If I had any intention of using this pencil again, that feature would make it my go to to pack. Unfortunately, I don’t think the pencil is for me. Should the tinted balm become available as a stand alone product, I would absolutely purchase it again.

Bad color combination
Ok, if youre getting the pink one its pretty good. The color leans more natural and is not the high gloss “wet” look. But the brown pencil seems to be an after thought. While the image suggests you get 3 items. Well youre only getting 2. The pink lip balm and this brown pencil. I touched the tip and the brown pencils tip fell apart. I couldnt get any more product to come up out of the utensil, thinking maybe I can make it come out and sharpen it with the neat pencil sharpening tip thats included. Nope. I dont know WHY because I have no interest in this brown pencil. Maybe its good to add to a black and olive green pencil set to go full Vietnam camouflage pattern all over your face?? Since the light natural pink blended with a brown pencil, to create a 3d lip effect is NOT IT!!…I star removed for this weird brown pencil…Maybe its somebodies look tho..If you can get it working. Honestly Ive found an in shop retailer with a full color palette you can stare at and pick and choose yourself, if youre looking for the color combination..Their prices are righteous. Not really review related..But, I mean, it kind of is.
