When I asked her, she told me she had just gotten this curling iron. I decided to give it a try (actually, my husband bought it for me), even though I was a little apprehensive at first.My hair is fairly long, about halfway down my back, and curling it usually takes me forever. But with this device, I was able to curl my entire head so quickly, and the curls lasted all evening without any hairspray!It is super easy to use, does not tangle or burn, and I love that it has both left and right curl direction buttons. Beginner friendly!
Let me start by saying that I have tried more than my fair share of hair curling tools over the years. From traditional curling irons to the newest automatic gadgets, I’ve experimented with almost everything on the market. My most recent purchase before trying the Tymo was a curling iron from Laniege, which I actually found pretty easy to use and was generally happy with.However, after using the Tymo, I can honestly say there is a noticeable difference in the quality of curls it produces. The curls from the Tymo look smoother, more defined, and they actually last longer throughout the day. What really sets this tool apart is how beginner friendly it is. I am not someone who wants to spend a lot of time doing my hair. If it takes more than ten minutes, I usually skip it altogether. With the Tymo, I can finish curling my whole head in under that time, which is a huge plus.The device does most of the work for you. You simply place a small section of hair into the narrow slot, and it automatically curls it and even beeps when it is done. It really takes the guesswork out of curling, which is perfect for someone like me who just wants quick and reliable results without fuss.The only downside I have noticed is that you cannot put too much hair into the tool at once. You need to work with smaller sections, which can feel a little tedious if you are in a big rush. Also, when curling your own hair, especially the back sections, it can be a bit tricky to maneuver your hair into the slot properly.That being said, I often help my daughter curl her hair, and I find it much easier to use on someone else than on myself. So if you are curling someone else’s hair, it is even more straightforward and effective.Overall, this is one of the best curling tools I have ever used. It is easy, fast, and gives salon quality results without needing a ton of effort. I definitely recommend it, especially for busy people or anyone who struggles with traditional curling irons.

I absolutely love my Tymo. I bought it to do my hair for my son’s wedding and it worked beautifully. The curls held all day, looked smooth and shiny and I got so many compliments. It heats up fast, easy to use, and gives salon quality results right at home. Definitely one of the best styling tools I’ve ever owned.

This is the best thing I’ve ever used to curl my hair, going all the way back to my hot sticks in 1987! It’s easy, fast, safe and makes beautiful curls. I went with the gold 1 inch barrel and I’m so happy with it. The curls are not too tight or too loose just perfect. It’s also very fun to use it almost feels like someone else is curling your hair.

Absolutely amazing!
I have to say, this is one of my favorite products I have purchased in a LONG time. I had kind of giving up on my hair ever holding a curl again. I think my hair has changed a little bit with age. But this curling iron REALLY works! Held a curl for two days the first time I used it. Previously, my hair wouldn’t even hold a curl for two hours! I don’t know the magic of it, but so happy I gave it a try. I am also not one who likes complicated products or anything that takes a long time. My hair is about 5″ past my shoulders and this curling iron curls it in no time at all and is so easy to use. Definitely5/5 starts!!

Great for long, fine hair
I have hair almost to my elbows and was surprised that my hair didn’t get tangled in the turning barrel. The first couple of times I used it my hair stayed curled for a full day. The last few times I have used it my hair fell within 30 mins. I think the issue is with the products I’ve been using, not the curling wand. There was a little bit of a learning curve in getting the placement of the wand where I wanted it, but by the 3rd use, it was a simple and fast process.

I absolutely love this product! It’s made styling my hair so much easier. Honestly, it’s practically foolproof. It heats up quickly and has a high maximum temperature, though I personally avoid using the highest setting since my hair is thick and I don’t want to risk damage.One of my favorite features is that it rotates in both directions, so you can curl your hair away from your face or toward it depending on your style which is super convenient when switching sides. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and just makes the whole process fast and effortless.I’ve bought one for my daughter and have already recommended it to all my friends. I own both the 1-inch and the 1.25-inch barrels. The 1-inch gives me the tighter curls I like, while the larger one is perfect for looser waves.It only takes me about 15 minutes to do my entire head, and I have really thick hair; that’s saying something! This tool has truly been a game-changer, and I can’t recommend it enough.

I’ve bought and tried many hair curlers and this is the best by farI had it on the low setting first to begin with until I was happy with using and worked out the settings ectI have bleached long hairHeat up time was very short and then the burn resistance was great no chance of burning urself unless of course you mess with the barrel the design is lovely and a lot easier than other curling hair curlers and didn’t tangle with long hair.Speed is good and the heat level with 3 different options is great.Size is also good and I found that once I got started with it became more easierLike anything you look after it the durability is always great.I would recommend getting one and once you have worked out using it it’s easy and the results are amazing

J ai coupé mes cheveux et j ai voulu un weavy vu la longueur. L appareil TYMO est super facile d utilisation, mèche par mèche, et le résultat est juste waouw. Je laque mes cheveux apres chaque boucle et apres l effet est top et tient bien…Pas besoin du dyson, le Tymo prend la mèche et l enroule seul, et le résultat est bluffant

So easy to use straight out of the box without needing instructions. Watch a couple of online videos (there are thousands) and you learn quickly what to do. Curls are exceptional, and the process was quick. Not as quick as some online videos suggest, but I have a lot of hair and it was my first time so it will only get quicker. Took about 30 minutes to do my whole head.Actual product is lightweight and very functional, great neutral colour and not too bulky. I recently bought the Dyson Coanda 2x for curls for AUD$899 and returned it in 4 days as the curls didn’t hold more than 30 minutes. This product cost me AUD$135 and it was just as easy and the curls have lasted. Very impressed and highly recommend.
