Depends on what you’re looking for
This sound machine worked fine and does have a light around it. We returned it because of the time feature. It only runs a few hours and then stops, has to be restarted. The sounds were fine. Choice of lights is also good. If you don’t leave sound machines on all night this may be just the machine for you.

I love this sound machine. The colors are soft which is great for babies to sleep with. The sounds are great too! It’s very compact. Watch for an Amazon sale like I did and get the best deal.

Great sound machine. Can use it unplugged so great for traveling or moving room to room. Great price and works wonderful!

Light is terrible to turn on and noise maker has stopped working in 1 month.
Light is extremely difficult to turn on. Have to push the button over and over very firmly. Now a little over a month after buying it the noise doesn’t work at all anymore. Shut off in the middle of the night, it woke my kids up, now I am sitting here at 4am with an awake baby and no sound maker. Now I can’t return it because the return window has closed. Worst sound maker ever.
