very effective and tasty gummies
the first time I tried them I got two gummies and they really knocked me down, I slept for 10 hours straight and I was still feeling sleepy after, so it’s very effective, I keep using one gummy when I struggle with sleep. I usually wake up during the night multiple times, with these gummies I can sleep for longer periods uninterrupted. I like the taste of the gummy, it’s like grape flavored, you can tell by the pic I like consuming them, they calm me down before going to bed, I know some people might not like they have 2 grams of sugar but it’s not corn syrup, I don’t mind it.This is probably the best melatonin product I ever tried, the container has a good amount of gummies and they don’t get sticky or become hard candy, like other gummy products. the price is very competitive for 60 gummies it’s a good value, I highly recommend them.

Jetlag Killer!
This product is not supposed to be a sleep drug! Melatonin is just supposed to make you sleepy, which aids in restructuring your sleep schedule (circadian rhythm). If you have a pre-existing sleep disorder, this product is not gonna cure you, but it might aid in helping you form good habits.Anyway, I just recently came back from a country with a 16-hour time difference, and this helped me a lot in recovering from jet lag. It usually takes me anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to recover from the effects of jet lag, but with this, I was back on track within about 2 days, and by the 3rd day, I was back to my usual routine. I took it 3-45 minutes before bed, and I was asleep after. The taste is great with its sweet berry flavor. There are not a lot of active ingredients, so it’s really just the melatonin that does the bulk of the work.

These melatonin gummies work well for us and taste ok, not the best but not bad and they get the job done well. They’re a bit pricey for the bottle size and taste – soft thought. melatonin always works well for my family for helping with sleep when needed! These are no exception.

They taste pretty good. I like that they also contain Chamomile & Lavender for winding down in the evening. The price is very reasonable and with 1 gummy per serving, it should last around 60 days. Works well for sleep
If you’re looking for a sleep aid and prefer not to swallow a pill, or just prefer the taste of a gummy, then this product may be great for you.The gummies are tasty, not too sweet. Only 1 is needed. Along with the good taste comes a little added sugar, 2 grams, so if you’re watching your carb intake that could be a concern for you.I’ve taken melatonin in the past, and just like the pill form that I’ve taken these gummies do the trick. Within about 30-45 minutes I can feel the drowsiness starting to kick in.These gummies also have a few other natural ingredients added to them, such as chamomile and lemon balm. These are herbs that are often used to help with sleep. So, not sure if these are really needed in addition to the melatonin or not, but the gummies were effective for me.

Tastes awful
I was excited to try these gummies, as I’ve had my eye on them for a while. They’re not a bad price compared to other brands in the market, and I liked that they gummies rather than pills or dissolvables. I often suffer from insomnia and was hoping the additional ingredients would help support a better night’s sleep for me. Unfortunately, they did not work me at all. I didn’t fall asleep any faster than normal, and I woke up within a couple hours of taking them. The gummy texture was good, but the flavor is horrendous to me. I’ve used other melatonin products before and have never experienced this bitter taste, so I’m assuming the bad flavor is coming from the added herbal ingredients. Even though this a trusted brand with quality products, these gummies were not a good product for me.

Almost tastes like candy!
These things taste so good, almost like candy! I don’t take them every night, just on nights I feel like I’m going to have a hard time falling asleep. They certainly help me fall asleep, which is half the battle for me many nights. They have good, quality ingredients and are from a brand that I trust. I think they are rather effective as they do help me fall asleep and they seem like a good value for the money as well. The container has a bit of a scent to it when you open it up, but nothing off-putting or bad, i don’t mind it at all. I would buy these again.
