Tastest like chemically stained leather? Rotten cardboard?? The sugar on the gummy did absolutely nothing. No hint of citrus at all. The smell is just as bad.I GAGGED. My cortisol levels did not improve at all (I wear a garmin watch that monitors my sleep).DO NOT GET THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE NO TASTE BUDS.

Not Really Extra Strength
Taste of the gummies is fine. Taken product 3 nights now. Didn’t notice a difference in falling asleep quicker or staying asleep more than 6 hours.

Need to work on the flavor
First off, a word about the flavor, which many other reviews mentioned. While it’s not awful, it’s not great either; kind of a mango/fruit type flavor, but not in a good way. It has an unusual smell right when you open the jar, which is a bit off-putting; again tho, the taste isn’t terrible, but could stand some improvement.As for the effectiveness, I will say it does seem to help me fall asleep quickly; moreso than most other sleep supplements I’ve tried. I start feeling sleepy about 15-20 minutes after taking it, and sleep pretty well through the night.

It is very effective for sleep, and I do like the idea of gummy‘s instead of capsules the taste is all right, which could be better but for the value of price paid and the effectiveness of the product I can overlook the just OK taste. I do recommend this product if you have sleep issues and if you can Combine it with the Triple sleep, magnesium powder, the Fastness that you fall asleep and the quality of sleep that you get are unreal And no other products have been able to do that for me. Also, you do not feel groggy upon waking, which is very important to me as well!
