Favorite heating pad & warranty honored!
This heating pad is incredible! I think it’s my favorite I’ve ever had. And I’ve gone through many because I use one every day. The weighted aspect is so nice and soothing, the size is large, it’s so soft and the color is beautiful. It heats up nicely and the heat settings are different enough that I’m able to set them to my comfort level.I ordered this item in November of 2024. It stopped working in September of 2025. I was so bummed about it. I emailed their customer service to inquire about the warranty. The company responded promptly and gave me some things to do to try to troubleshoot but said if it’s still not working could I please send a simple video of plugging it in and turning it on. I did and they saw the problem. The customer service agent just asked for my mailing address to send me a replacement to fulfill their warranty. A couple days later I received my brand new replacement heating pad. Not having it those several days and then getting it again made me realize just how much I loved it and how much comfort it provides me for my pain. It’s especially incredible for my endometriosis pain and ulcerative colitis flare- ups. The extra weight really makes a difference on the abdomen and the larger size is perfect to cover the entire affected area. Thank you to Comfytemp and customer service agent, Sandy, for helping me resolve my issue. It’s unfortunate when products stop working prematurely but the quick and easy replacement was much appreciated. Even when it eventually stops working again and is out of warranty I’ll re-order if for no other reason than the wonderful customer service and it’s an all around great pain relief and comfort device.

Great weighted heating pad
I use this all the time, It gets warm enough for me. I love the designs of how it is weighted and it drapes around me when I use it, I don’t have to apply pressure to keep it in a spot. It’s a good product for the cost. It’s pretty big too and easy to adjust. It has 3 modes, low medium and high. At night if I’m using it while going to sleep I keep it on low. It does auto turn off sometimes and there isn’t an option to opt out of that.

The weight of it is great! I saw someone say it does t get warm enough but mine gets VERY warm. It gets too warm. I can only put it on low. I would differently buy again.

Best heating pad!
I’m very pleased with this heating pad. I’ve never had a weighted one before so that feature is a really nice touch. I love the size, it’s long so it doesn’t need arranged every few minutes and I love the heat settings. I barely even need to crank it to the 2nd setting because the 1st is plenty warm/almost hot. I also like that it shuts off after 2 hours as a safety precaution.

I LOVE this heating pad. It is well made, super soft, and has a long chord so I’m not always fighting the reach. The weighted feature is a super win and definitely the way to go. It actually lays where I put it and stays! I highly recommend. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
