Finger Selection: Fits all fingers, regardless of right or left hand. Size the ring according to the exact size of the finger you intend to wear it on.
Wearing Position : The smart ring should fit securely and comfortably at the base of the finger.The sensor inside the ring should be oriented towards the palm of your finger, which will help the accuracy of the measurement.
How To Choose: It is recommended that you wear the ring for at least 24 hours to confirm sizing and comfort. A ring that does not fall off or rotate with normal movement is considered to be the correct size.

Can’t best it for the price.
Can’t best it for the price and I love having the display for time when I don’t have my phone on me. Battery life is good. I shutoff all features I don’t use and Im getting 7 days of battery life while using the display minimally. Id buy the more expensive rings out there if they had a display, but they don’t. Outer material appears to be resin not metal.

I don’t know which ring size I’m giving a review for. I assume it’s the size 12. It was a little lose around my finger. So, the ring would slowly spin around. I haven’t returned it, because my friend has a slightly bigger hand. It might work on one of his fingers. I’m giving it to him.

Really great design for the price point
It fits comfortably so I don’t normally wear rings so I find it a bit bulky I think after time it will get easier it is accurate regarding heart rate and matches my Samsung Galaxy watch readings the only thing that kind of bugs me is I was really interested in the gesture features for using it to turn pages when I’m reading I like page Turners but if I fall asleep I drop them and lose them this would stay on my finger but the sensitivity needs some adjustment and maybe a way to turn it on and off on the ring itself I tried using it for music however every time I moved my hand to type on my keyboard or move my mouse I was changing songs I think if that was fixed this would be perfect

Useful features
I was looking for a reliable fitness tracking ring to help me better track my heart rate and oxygen levels. I’d had another one that didn’t have the screen info, just an app, so I decided to try this one instead for fast output. The ring works well tracking these two attributes every half hour and can also be tracked with just a quick tap of the screen. It does have a slightly more plastic-like feel than other rings I’ve tried. And you do need to size up. I typically wear a size seven on my pointer finger (the best place to wear a ring like this), and I ordered an 8. Though it fits, it is a bit snug. I ordered another similar ring in size nine, and it fits much more comfortably.

As someone who doesn’t like wearing watches but wanted a way to track my health and activity, this was a great find. The ring itself looks sleek and modern. It has a nice weight to it and feels like a quality piece of jewelry. I also found that the sizing was accurate, which made a big difference in how comfortable it is to wear throughout the day and night.Setting it up was pretty painless. Pairing it with my phone only took a few minutes, and the app guided me through everything in a straightforward way. I didn’t have to fuss with any complicated settings or permissions, and once it was connected, it just started doing its thing. Not Bad, Questionable Accuracy
This would probably be a good activity tracker if you didn’t have your phone or a smart watch. Possibly if you were trying to squeeze out every ounce. The ring seems work decently well. The app isn’t the best but it’s functional. The ring looks decent and isn’t too intrusive and is fairly comfortable. The only downside I came across was with it’s step counts, as both my watch and phone where very close in results, this one was about 10% difference.
