My daughter uses melatonin to sleep and this is her favorite brand. She likes the flavor and I like that she can take half of the dosage with excellent results. These smell good, taste good, are a good size, provide her with a good night’s sleep, are a good strength at half the dosage for her, and an excellent value. This is a an overall win for us.

Tastes good and works for me!
This product works effectively and consistently for me. It has a great taste (like blackberry and mint, not like medicine) and it helps with making me tired and to be able to fall asleep in a short amount of time. I also don’t wake up groggy if I take it early enough. It usually takes me two to put me down and keep me down, but I think one is best for the average person that just needs help once in a while.

it was hard for me to go to sleep so I wanted to figure out what could I do without me have to go to the doctor and let my doctor know that I needed some sleep medicine so I purchased these and they do work they taste wonderful, easy to swallow
